my why as a fitness trainer is my experience trying to achieve my dream body with a ton of misinformation online and unrealistic expectations. i want to coach and educate young people on the most efficient way possible to achieve their dream body. i want to show them that it can really be a simple process with the correct guidance and consistency. everything i do is study based and i want to ensure the person understands that.
